When I went to the bookstore today, I made a space.
Magically, when I got home, my bookshelf looked like this.

Today I got a package. From Editor Sarah and Assistant Laurel. Packages from them always make the sun shine brighter.
Iridescent bubble wrap?? MY FAVORITE THING!
But . . . there’s something inside it.
Oh HELLO BEAUTIFUL!
I actually squealed out loud when I saw . . .
And . . .
It’s like the design team knew all my secret book desires.
And my absolute love for colorful things.
Confession: I cried a little.
I’m having mushy love feelings for everyone at Katherine Tegen Books/HarperCollins. I’m ridiculously happy they made a home for INCARNATE, and so, so grateful for the time, effort, and love they’ve put into giving her such a gorgeous package. I couldn’t be happier.

It looks terrific! I especially like the butterfly on the cover (because, let’s face it, the jacket doesn’t last forever).

I know I’ve completely disappeared off the writing scene…life got too busy and I haven’t written anything in ages…but I was just thinking of you, and here I find that this is finally book release month!
